The Villa Assistnat team has completed a special training program provided by the world-renowned British Butler Institute. This training has equipped them with expertise in areas such as international protocol, the art of personal service, and high-level guest management.
Your Villa Assistant is not merely an attendant but an "experience curator" who manages the entire stay on behalf of the guest, anticipating needs and overseeing every detail with flawless precision.

CIP LOUNGE - MEET & ASSIST
The Meet & Assist (Fast Track) and CIP Lounge services are available all season for guests staying a minimum of 7 nights in all villa categories. This service is provided for both domestic and international return flights for passengers flying with partner airlines.
Reservations must be made before checking out of the hotel. Upon arrival at the special CIP entrance of the Domestic or International Terminal, guests are greeted by a hostess. Accompanied by the TAV hostess, guests pass through the first security gate to a special boarding area for their check-in process. The hostess then guides them upstairs to the CIP X-ray and passport control, leading to the CIP Lounge. Here, guests can enjoy complimentary food, drinks, TV, internet, and both local and international newspapers and magazines until their flight departure.
COMPLIMENTARY AIRPORT TRANSFER
For all guests staying a minimum of 7 nights or more in all villa categories, excluding the 2+1 Infinity Villa, airport transfers (both to and from the hotel) will be provided with VIP vehicles.
COMPLIMENTARY HELICOPTER TRANSFER
For all guests staying a minimum of 10 nights or more in the Owner Villa, Presidential Villa, and Sign Villa categories, one way airport transfer (airport-hotel or hotel-airport) will be provided via helicopter.
PRIVATE JET TRANSFER
Our private jet transfer service offers our guests a fast, comfortable, and exclusive transportation opportunity meticulously arranged according to their personal requests.
